Before we get into the actual twist of the season, let's talk about Hidden Immunity Idols.

Hidden Immunity Idols will be the ONLY in-server hidden advantage you will find.

They will always be a command, starting with the ! prefix, prompts will be given to you by <@1414761852981870592>.

9 times out of 10, if an idol is flushed from the game, it will be re-hidden!

If an idol is played and I rehide it, it will be explicity mentioned as the idol is accepted that it will be rehidden.

If I don't mention it, the idol will not be planted again.

If someone is voted out of the game with an idol in their pocket, it will also be rehidden, but it will not be stated by production.

Only those who are aware of the fact that an idol was flushed from the game will be able to pick up on the fact that a new idol will be hidden.

Cool? Cool.

Let’s talk about a new avantage that you will all be starting the game with!

You will all begin the game with a Pokéball. Let me be clear. This is NOT an advantage to be played at Tribal Council.

When a new challenge is posted, a few wild Pokémon will be looming around right here in the <#1414335158361915392> channel.

If you like what you see, you may opt to throw your Pokéball at one of the wild Pokémon and capture it! Once you capture a Pokémon, it will be considered your Partner Pokémon. Nobody else in the game will be notified that you have a Partner Pokémon.

There is no limit to how many people can catch a specific kind of Pokémon— the only limitation here is that you each only have ONE Pokéball, you won’t get this back so use it wisely!

Your Partner Pokémon will each have a unique advantage-like ability that can be played at Tribal Council! When I read the votes, there will be a call…

> “If anyone would like to send out their Partner Pokémon, now would be the time to do so.”

When I make this call, you may opt to send out your Partner Pokémon and unleash its ability into the game!

After the window for sending out Partner Pokémon closes, there will then be another call made…

> “If has a Hidden Immunity Idol and you want to play it, now would be the time to do so.”

One more thing of note. These Pokémon will run away six hours before Tribal Council votes are due. That means for any of you planning strategy revolving around Partner Pokémon and their abilities, know that out of your 48 hour cycle, you will only have 42 hours to make a decision to throw your Pokéball.

The Distortion World is essentially the Edge Of Extinction twist.

However, each round players in the Distortion World have had to participate in Survival Challenges to prove their worth and stay alive in the game.

After this round, the four of them, plus the two of you who are eliminated from the game this round will participate in a Batlleback Challenge.

The way this will work, is next round two players will win Individual Immunity. Everyone will compete in the challenge.

The Alive Player with the best performance will win immunity, and the Distortion Player with the best performance will also win immunity and return to the game.

One final thing.

There will be one, final chance for Distortion Players to return to the game following the battleback challenge.

During the Final 8 Tribal Council, players still alive in the <@&1414011075980169336> will participate in a Distortion Tribal.

Each of them will vote on someone other than themselves to return to the game immediately following the F8 (Alive Player) Tribal.

The player with the most votes will return to the game WITHOUT <@&1414008502334263296> as soon as the F8 Tribal concludes. So there will be two F8 rounds!

I am getting a lot of questions specifically regarding Weak Armor. If you have <@&1414008502334263296>, you cannot use Weak Armor. If you decide you want to play a Hidden Immunity Idol, you don't get Weak Armor back. The idol still saves you, but since the idol grants you immunity, you will NOT be safe the following Tribal. In an event like <#1435429185115127958> where the votes are not read, Weak Armor cannot be proc'd, because the votes were never actually read.

As is public knowledge, during the F8 Tribal for the alive players, everyone in the Distortion World will participate in a Distortion Tribal and vote someone back into the game.

We are currently at the F11, meaning we have four more rounds until the third and final player will rejoin the game.

Throughout these next three (not 4 sorry) challenges, both Alive Players AND Distortion Players will participate.

Why, you may ask?

From the F10 Round Onward, you will earn rewards based on your challenge performance!

This means that the Distortion World challenges are officially now for reward rather than elimination, which means…

This season’s format will be a Final 3 with an 11 person Jury.

As for your rewards…

First Comp Win: +1 vote with your name on it during the Distortion Tribal.

Third Comp Win: Earn a clue to the location of a Hidden Immunity Idol upon re-entry of the game.

Fourth Comp Win: You will earn Individual Immunity for the round you return to the game.

Bazz’s win today will recieve one reward tier as he was an Alive Player with immunity.

Kebab however… well I think coming back to the game with Immunity here was enough of a reward!

TLDR: Everyone will participate in challenges from here on out. The player who wins each challenge from the Distortion Word will earn a new reward with each win, which will help them in their quest to regain their footing should they return. Additionally, Alive Players will also be rewarded with these rewards with their wins should they find themselves in Distortion.

In addition, there will be one final reward challenge on top of the Distortion Tribal for the potential to unlock the fourth reward tier.
